Your session begins at the start time you request or the time you arrive in the room if this is earlier. Your session ends at the time you request or the time you and your equipment vacate the room, whichever is later. You will be charged for the full length of your session, even if this is a greater amount than you had previously been charged or quoted. You are expected to set up and pack down your equipment within the chargeable time of the sessionAs the lead booker you are responsible for your guests/bandmates. This includes any damage to equipment they cause.In the event that our facilities or equipment are damaged beyond normal wear and tear or removed from the premises without prior written permission you agree to pay for their replacement or repair. You agree we may make additional charges to your card through our payment provider to facilitate this.Smoking and vaping is prohibited throughout the building. If you wish to smoke please use the area outside. You will be liable for cleaning fees and equipment refurbishment costs if you or any of your guests smoke within the premises. You agree we may make additional charges to your card through our payment provider to facilitate this. Illegal drugs are not permitted on the premises.You must not attend the studio if you or your guests are showing any coronavirus symptoms, have been asked to self isolate or have tested positive for coronavirus in the last 5 days. You must contact us as soon as possible to cancel your session and not visit the premises in these circumstances.You may not sublet your room without prior written permission. You should be present at all times when a room you booked is in use. If you are not present when a room you booked is in use you will still liable for any charges incurred by the occupants.You may split your payment between the members of your group. When doing this we will round each member’s part up to the nearest penny.You will not promote the space as a music venue, or charge an entry fee for admittance. You will not hold parties or gigs on the premises without the explicit written permission of One Louder Studios.The full room rate is payable for no shows (not turning up to a session you have booked). The full room rate is payable for cancellations less than 24 hours before a rehearsal is due start. The full rate is payable for cancellations less than 1 week before a recording session is due start. Moving or shortening a session counts as cancellation.You must only book sessions you intend to use. You may not book a session with the intention of blocking others from using rooms and equipment. You will be charged in full for your session regardless of the cancellation policy if you book or block book rooms or equipment in this manner.Recording and video sessions require a deposit of 50% to secure the booking. The remainder needs to be paid at the end of your session. No recorded material will be released until your session has been paid in full. We may require a deposit for long rehearsal sessions (8 hours+).You may only use the pay on the day system if you have no outstanding balance to pay.
We may restrict usage of the pay on the day system if you have ‘no showed’ or cancelled sessions less than 24 hours in advance in the last 3 month period. We may restrict use of Pay On The Day for other reasons at our discretion.If your card becomes invalid or unable to settle the required balance your booking may be cancelled.
Your card details will not be stored on One Louder Studios’ servers. They may be stored by our payment provider Stripe. You agree to all our payment provider’s terms when you pay online. These can be found here.Payment after your session, invoicing, and payment by bank transfer are only available if agreed in advance in writing. There may be an additional fee for these services. The payment terms for such invoices will be 30 days unless otherwise stated on the invoice. Late payments will be charged an additional £40 fee plus interest at 8% + the Bank of England base rate.Any equipment brought to One Louder Studios is entirely at your own risk. You are responsible for any loss, theft or damage that may occur to your equipment. One Louder Studios will not be responsible for any damage caused to your equipment including (but not limited to) damage caused by liquids, damage caused by power faults and fluctuations, damage caused by pieces of our equipment (including if they are malfunctioning or being used outside of their specification).Use of the car park is entirely at your own risk. One Louder Studios will not be liable for any loss or damage to vehicles or their contents. You must park your vehicles in a way which does not block access for other customers or nearby businesses.You may use your room for photography and video, however you may not photograph any other customer, guest or staff without their explicit permission. If you photograph and video the One Louder Studios logo and name and include it in in your content you may not represent yourself as being endorsed by One Louder Studios. One Louder Studios may ask you to remove content featuring our logo and/or name if it is judged at our discretion to be objectionable, abusive, illegal or otherwise harmful to our business.You will have access to professional music equipment at One Louder Studios which is capable of generating loud sounds which can damage your hearing. Please take care when switching on and operating equipment. You should use hearing protection where appropriate. Please be courteous towards your bandmates and other guests and staff while making loud sounds. You must keep the door to your room closed whilst playing to reduce the level of sound heard outside your room. One Louder Studios may need to ask you to reduce volumes, move you to a different room, restrict access to certain times of day or ask you to stop playing altogether if your session is exceptionally loud.The room recording system is provided free of charge. No refund will be applied if the recording system fails to function as expected. One Louder Studios will not be responsible for any lost or recorded audio, or the consequences of any lost or recorded audio. By using One Louder Studios you agree that audio may be captured regardless of whether the room recordings feature is selected, including audio “spill” between your room and other rooms in the facility. You will not attempt to disconnect the recording system or use it in a way that will be detrimental to other users.All parts of the One Louder Studios website are the property and copyright of One Louder Studios. You will not copy any content from the website without the express written permission of One Louder Studios. The website is intended for customers of One Louder Studios only.
