One Louder Studios have a pair of the latest AlphaTheta CDJ-3000X Players paired with the Pioneer DJ DJM-A9 Mixer available for DJ practice in any of our rooms. Just bring your music on a USB stick. No computer is required, although you’re welcome to connect one if you wish.
The CDJ-3000X is the current flagship multi-player used in professional clubs and festivals worldwide. Each deck can play WAV, MP3, AIFF and AAC files and features a high-resolution touchscreen, responsive jog wheel, and fast track loading for reliable performance. The layout will be immediately familiar to anyone who has used Pioneer DJ / AlphaTheta equipment.
The DJM-A9 is a professional 4-channel mixer offering a clean, powerful sound with a 3-band EQ on each channel, advanced Sound Colour FX, Beat FX, and flexible microphone control. Together, the CDJ-3000X and DJM-A9 form a full club-standard DJ setup, suitable for practice, rehearsal, and performance preparation.
The CDJ-3000X and DJM-A9 are fully compatible with AlphaThetas’s industry-standard Rekordbox software for preparing your tracks. You can download it free from https://rekordbox.com
Our free room recording system is available in every room, allowing you to listen back to your sessions online after you’ve finished. This is ideal for reviewing mixes, transitions, and overall performance.
The DJ setup is free to use with any attended room booking. For self service sessions it is kept in the Poster Room. You can book online now.
